The Africa Drive Project aims to capacitate educators to think and teach differently. It’s important to remember however that change tends to create discomfort and anxiety.
It is therefore vital that transformation takes place with the necessary intervention that will enable educators to understand the process and therefore accept it.

For this reason, the project incorporates an active transformation and change management programme that puts mechanics into place before change takes place to assist educators in coming to terms with new learning and teaching methods.
